Product walkthrough

Follow the evidence into a revenue decision.

See how PROOF connects a claim, its source, an evidence gap, the next action, human judgment and forecast impact.

One deal, followed through

A claim, an absent source, and what PROOF does about it.

Budget approved, with no approval email behind it. Watch what the record does with a claim nobody has backed.

A complete decision path

From claim to action, without losing the reason.

This walkthrough uses clearly labeled demonstration data. It shows product behavior rather than a customer result.

01 · Claim

Budget approved

A Seller records the claim. PROOF keeps it as a claim until a source backs it or an authorized person confirms it.

02 · Evidence

The source is missing

The record shows that no approval email, document or buyer confirmation supports the claim.

03 · Gap

Approval owner unknown

PROOF identifies the specific missing condition and keeps uncertainty visible.

04 · Action

Confirm the approval owner

The next action has an owner and a reason tied to the evidence gap.

05 · Decision

Manager reviews the close date

The Manager makes the judgment. PROOF keeps the evidence, decision and timing connected.

06 · Forecast

Commit requires review

The forecast impact is visible without allowing AI to silently change the category.

Three days on one deal

Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

The path above is what PROOF does. This is what it looks like while it is happening, on the same demonstration deal.

Monday

A claim arrives with nothing behind it.

After a meeting, the Seller records that budget is approved. No email, document or buyer confirmation supports it. PROOF keeps it as a claim and names the specific thing nobody has said yet: who signs it off.

Wednesday

The buyer corrects it.

The recap goes out. The buyer confirms the project, and corrects the budget: it is approved at a lower number, and legal sees it before anything is signed. The correction sits beside the original claim. Neither one disappears.

Friday

Somebody has to commit the number.

The CRM still says Commit, because nobody changed the field. PROOF shows what moved on Wednesday, who moved it and what the deal now rests on. The Manager makes the judgment, and their name stays on it.

Nobody wrote a report to make any of that happen.

What this proves

Inspect the behavior, not a marketing claim.

Source

Evidence remains attributable

Open the source and timing behind a material claim.

Uncertainty

Missing stays missing

A missing source is not converted into confidence.

Authority

People own the decision

AI may prepare or propose; accountable people decide and approve.

History

Later facts never rewrite the forecast

Review what was available when the decision was made.

Use the same test in a demonstration

Six questions PROOF should be able to answer.

  1. What supports this qualification claim?
  2. Did a buyer confirm it, dispute it or leave it unconfirmed?
  3. What happens when two sources disagree?
  4. What did the team know when it committed?
  5. Who can change the forecast or a protected CRM field?
  6. Why is this the next action?

That is one deal, followed end to end.
